Services and Programs

Outpatient SUD Services

RSU has expanded our services to include Outpatient SUD Services! 

These services will include Individual and Group Therapy as well as Case Management Services.  

Recovery Coaching Services

We offer individuals seeking Substance Use Recovery community based, one-on-one Recovery Coaching Services.

Transitional Housing Services

We offer a structured, sober living environment for individuals recovery from addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs.

If you are an individual, or the loved one of an individual, seeking Outpatient SUD Services, Recovery Coaching and/or Transitional Housing Services, please do not hesitate to contact us. Contacting us can be the first step you take in moving toward your Substance Use Recovery. 


The first step in accessing our services is to call our main office Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm at (269) 397-2234 to set up a Client Portal account. This is a quick and easy process that will allow us to email you our pre-intake forms. 

Next Steps

After you have completed all pre-intake forms, RSU staff will contact you to schedule an assessment appointment.


If you have Medicaid Insurance, you will also need to contact 

Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health to obtain authorization for services. You can take the next necessary step, call them now at 1 (800) 781-0353 and let them know you are interested in Outpatient Services with 

Recovery Services Unlimited. 

Professionals Looking to Refer for Services

 Below are the instructions and necessary documents that will need to be completed in order to refer a customer for services. We have attempted to streamline this process to make it as easy as possible. We appreciate the referral and are available to assist in any way that we can.
